$3,500 for IDEAlliance members
$5,000 for non-members

• two table-top spaces (may be combined)
• basic electricity and 2 tables/chairs
• corporate logo on the event promotional materials
• corporate logo link from the event web site to sponsor's corporate web site
• two complimentary conference registrations
• sponsor recognition on web site
• the opportunity to include one insert in the conference bag handouts
• one free black and white ad in on site program
• a company profile listing in the on site program

• Bag Inserts
  Attendees need to take notes during the conference. You can provide them
  with the necessary means (pads/pens/portfolios) - all with your company's
  logo. Vendors are welcome to provide these giveaways to be included in
  the attendees' conference bag. There is a $.30/per piece cost to have
  your items inserted in each bag. (Estimated amount of bags is 300.)
  
  
• Coffee Break/Refreshment Sponsor - $2,500 per break
  (Please also feel free to print up coffee cups with your company's
  logo-to be used during the sponsored break.)
