Onsite Registration Information

To register onsite, please come to the Cascade Foyer area of the Westin Seattle Hotel on or after 7:30am Sunday - Wednesday, March 10-13.

Onsite Registrations will incurr an additional $75 processing fee.

Registration Policies

Academic Rates

Academic rates are calculated by deducting 40% from the non-member prices. Academic registrations will not be valid without a copy of the student or faculty ID.

Group Rates

IDEAlliance is offering a group discount package for those companies willing to send 10 or more persons to the event.

Register 10 or more employees onsite and recieve an overall 10% discount on your companies total conference fees.

Please note: This group discount does not apply to already discounted rates (including conference exhibitor and academic rates).

Presenter Registrations

All presenters scheduled for the event will be automatically registered by IDEAlliance. A registration confirmation will be sent directly to each speaker - no later than January 25th. If you are a presenter and did not received a confirmation notice by January 25th (or if you have additional registration questions), please contact the IDEAlliance Registrar, [email protected] or call at 703.837.1087.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be received in writing. If received before February 25, 2002, only a $75 processing fee will be incurred. No portion of your registration will be refunded after February 25th.

Substitutions from the same organization are welcome at no additional fee. No-shows are liable for the entire conference fee.

In the unlikely event that IDEAlliance should have to cancel this event, IDEAlliance will refund all conference attendees for the amount paid for the conference, but is not responsible for any attendees' other related expenses, including hotel and travel.

Press Registrations

Members of the press must bring along a copy of your press credentials.
